Yup, it’s true- after nothing but happy customers, I got my very first complaint and boy is it a Duesie!

What do I have to say for myself?  This:

I could have used my own Reputation Management services to get rid of the complaint, but I don’t want to look like I’m hiding or not addressing it.

I’ve been keeping quiet and letting the other party do as they will, but I’m just about done being slandered.

I’ve kept records of everything that has been said that is false and sullies my good name (just look at my Testimonials page if you have a doubt as to the veracity of these outrageous claims).
